Then the lower end part of the lower rung 8 arranged between the right-and-left vertical crosspieces 4 of the wall panel 1 is projected downward from the lower end of the face material, and the lower end part of the lower rung is inserted to a concavity 10 which is opened above a rail 11 provided on a floor part 9. Then a vertical substrate piece 12 which is inserted and fixed to the concavity of the rail is inserted to the concavity of the vertical crosspiece, and a standing condition is adjusted.
