Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the detection accuracy by simultaneously removing various optical noises, and to simultaneously measure a plurality of measuring objects by continuously generating mid-infrared light of a wavelength of 1.9-5.5 μm. SOLUTION: This light absorption analysis device makes a laser beam from a light source come into the measuring objects, and receives transmission light, reflected light, or scattered light from the measuring objects, and thereby measuring the absorption of the measuring objects. The light absorption analysis device comprises a branching means that is formed of a beam splitter of a thin film and branches the laser beam from the light source just before it comes into a vessel storing the measuring objects on the optical path of the laser beam, a first measuring means for measuring a part of the laser beam branched by the branching means as reference light, a second measuring means for measuring the measurement light output after transmission, reflection, or scattering in the vessel storing the measuring objects, and an arithmetic means for combining the signal intensities measured by the first and second measuring means to calculate an absorption signal of the measuring objects.
