The top film has at least one opening 3, which allows the passage of the volatile chemical agent evaporated from the volatile chemical-agent-containing body stored in the packaging bag. A flap 4 serving as a fence is formed, between the opening and the joined portion of the internal wall of the bag body and the top film, and in addition, a bridge 5 for preventing the flap from bending is formed between the opening and the edge of the top film, other than the joined portion, and/or among the openings.
