SOLUTION: This inkjet printing device is equipped with an inkjet head with a piezoelectric element incorporated inside a single ink passage or a plurality of ink passages connected with an ink supply tank, and prints data by discharging ink from a nozzle of the inkjet head. In addition, the device adopts a pattern forming method with successful productivity, featuring the use of a pliable buffering material which is arranged between a pump and the inkjet head and can absorb a significant pressure deflection. Thus the buffering material can contribute to the inhibition of the defects such as color irregularities due to the meniscus collapse induced by the uneven ink pressure to be loaded to the nozzle from an ink feeder tank through the ink and the air entrapment as well as the liquid droplet disorder and the void, and the manufacturing color ensures the successful productivity.
