GENE-TRANSFERRED CELL COMPRISING ESTROGEN RECEPTOR GENE TRANSFERRED THEREINTO AND METHOD FOR DETECTING AND MEASURING ESTROGENIC DISRUPTOR FOR FISHES USING THE SAME CELL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means and a method for detecting and measuring whether or not an estrogenic disruptor for fishes is present in the environment. Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means and a method for detecting and measuring whether or not an estrogenic disruptor for fishes is present in the environment. SOLUTION: A cell comprises an exogenous gene which is derived from at least one kind selected from among luciferase, chloramphenicol acetyltransferase, and β-galactosidase obtained by binding an expression vector for estrogen receptor α or β gene derived from the fishes to a promoter of the gene to be a target of the estrogen and transferred thereinto. Furthermore, the method for detecting and measuring the estrogenic disruptor for the fishes using the cell is provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
