This room comprises: a slit 19 formed at the floor surface 15 which is located at the upstream side in the airflow direction of the setting part 17 for sucking a part of the airflow in the vicinity of the floor surface; and side sucking parts 23 arranged at both sides of the arranging part 17 for sucking the airflow R flowing from the sides into the arranging part 17.
