The heat sink 3 is structured of a plate-like base part 3a, and a plurality of plate-like fin parts 3b put in parallel from the base part 3, and a tip part 3bb of each fin part 3b at a side opposed to the base part 3a is slanted upward toward a direction contrary to an irradiation direction on an irradiation axis X of the lamp unit 1.
