OFFSET PRINTING MACHINE, AND ITS OPERATION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly resume printing of a next time when stopping ink supply to a plate cylinder during recess or the like in an offset printing machine provided with an impression cylinder and an offset cylinder, wherein, the offset cylinder is circumscribed on the plate cylinder, and an applying roller of an ink supplying device and a water roller of a water supply device are circumscribed on the plate cylinder. SOLUTION: The plate cylinder 7 can be moved to a printing position wherein it is circumscribed at the same time with respect to the offset cylinder 6 and the applying roller 12 to provide a printing state, and an idling position wherein it is separated at the same time from the offset cylinder 6 and the applying cylinder 12 to carry out idling rotation in a non-printing state, and the water roller 13 of the water supply device 11 is provided so that it can track movement of the plate cylinder 7 to be circumscribed on even the plate cylinder 7 in the idling position.
