Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning member and a cleaning glove which is capable of obtaining a high cleaning effect, has an excellent using feeling by being flexible, is of a low cost and is excellent in economical efficiency. SOLUTION: In the cleaning member 9 relating to this invention, fibers 11 are transplanted to a base material 10 by electrostatic transplantation and a fiberless part 13 where the fibers 11 are not transplanted is provided on the base material 10. Also, in the cleaning glove 1 relating to this invention, the cleaning member 9 is fixed as a cleaning part and the cleaning part is provided on the entire surface of one surface or both surfaces of the cleaning glove 1.
