Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process a workpiece with good precision even when a tool wears. SOLUTION: A screw rotor processing method includes a tool path setting step for setting target tool path data for processing a workpiece (120) into a screw rotor shape, an NC data generation step for generating NC data for causing a tool (110) and the workpiece (120) to move by a processing apparatus (100) from a target tool path, and a processing step for processing the workpiece (120) with the tool (110) while causing the processing apparatus (100) to move the tool (110) and the workpiece (120) based on the NC data. The screw rotor processing method further includes a shape measurement step for measuring a shape of the workpiece (120) after completion of processing, and a tool path resetting step for calculating shape errors from a desired screw rotor shape based on the shape of the workpiece (120) after completion of processing, for resetting the target tool path based on the shape errors.
