At this time, a door 5 laterally energized by a constant load spring 33 is moved to the left together with the table 3 to close an opening 11 in a light shielding position where the door 5 abuts on the casing 1, thus securing a light shielded state in the casing 1. When the table 3 is further slid to the left, the door 5 cannot be moved together with the table 3 because it already abuts on the casing 1. The door 5 is thereby energized to the left by the constant load spring 33 to maintain the light shielding state of closing the opening 11 in the light shielding position.
