SOLUTION: ECU executes a program including a step S106 executing prohibition process of lock up if predetermined conditions are satisfied (Yes in S100, Yes in S104 and Yes in S108), a step S110 executing minute injection quantity learning, a step S120 executing lock up control if turbine rotation speed does not drop (Yes in S112), elapsed time is not shorter than predetermined time L (Yes in S114), and slip quantity is smaller than I(1) (Yes in S118), and a step S124 completing slip control if turbine rotation speed drops (No in S112) or slip quantity is not less than I(1) (No in S118).
