Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is impossible to transmit a data packet having delay allowance time, data packet being transmitted using a 20 MHz band in a communication period of 40 MHz band. SOLUTION: When a data packet is generated having the delay allowance time with which communication is performed using a 20 MHz band during a communication interval of a 40 MHz band, if transmission delay time exceeds the delay allowance time as a result of the comparison of the delay allowance time and the transmission delay time, then polling is performed to acquire a chance of transmission, thereby the data packet is transmitted using the 20 MHz band during the communication interval of the 40 MHz band.
