SOLUTION: The power transmission device 1 includes an input shaft 2, an output shaft 3 and a connecting member 4 for coaxially connecting the input shaft 2 and the output shaft 3 so as to transmit rotational power between the input shaft 2 and the output shaft 3. The connecting member 4 has an input shaft connecting section 41 and an output shaft connecting section 42. The input shaft connecting section 41 is connected to one end of the input shaft via predetermined first gaps 51 in a reference direction as one radial direction of the shaft. The output shaft connecting section 42 is connected to one end of the output shaft 3 via predetermined second gaps 52 in a radial direction intersecting with the reference direction.
