Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallized film capacitor capable of improving the certainty of a fuse operation by making the vapor deposition metal of a fuse easy broken and scattered when an excess short-circuit current flows to the fuse. SOLUTION: In the metallized film capacitor, a metallized film 1 for which a metal is vapor-deposited to a dielectric film 2 is wound or laminated, and metalicon electrodes are formed on both end faces. The metal vapor deposition film 3 of the metallized film 1 is partitioned into unit metal vapor deposition electrodes by margins 5 and 6 without the vapor deposition metal, the fuse 7 is formed between the margins 6 and 6 of at least one side of the unit metal vapor deposition electrodes, and the narrowest part 8 of the fuse 7 is biased to the metalicon electrode side in the width direction of the margins 6 and 6.
