Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid fuel burner capable of shortening a time for igniting a burner by omitting a preheat time, and provide an exhaust control device of an internal combustion engine provided with the liquid fuel burner. SOLUTION: The liquid fuel burner burns fuel which liquid fuel is mixed with gas and is atomized, comprises a heating device having a heating part, a nozzle body for holding at least the heating part inside, a fuel passage formed between the heating part and the nozzle body, an injector for feeding the liquid fuel to the fuel passage, and a gas introducing passage for feeding gas to be mixed with the liquid fuel supplied to the fuel passage. A part of the heating part projects to an external of the nozzle body, the fuel passage is formed to guide fuel to the heating part projecting externally, and the heating part projecting externally serves as an ignition part.
