FLY ASH GRANULATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fly ash granulation system capable of quickly and simply producing granular products appropriate and stable in quality. SOLUTION: The fly ash granulation system using the fly ash as raw material is provided with: an infrared moisture gage 1 measuring moisture content in the raw material; a raw material measuring device 2 measuring the mass of the raw material; a watering device 3 adding water to the raw material; a solidifying agent adding device 4 adding a solidifying agent to the raw material; a mixing granulation device 5 mixing and granulating the raw material, water added by the watering device 3, and the solidifying agent added by the solidifying agent adding device 4; and a control device 6 calculating the optimum adding amount of water added to the raw material by the watering device 3, and the optimum adding amount of the solidifying agent to the raw material by the solidifying agent adding device 4, based on the amount of moisture in the raw material measured by the infrared moisture gage 1, and the mass of the raw material measured by the raw material measuring device 2.
