OBJECT-MONITORING METHOD, OBJECT-MONITORING DEVICE, AND OBJECT-MONITORING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide the existence/nonexistence of the change of an object concerning an object monitoring method, or the like, for monitoring the existence/nonexistence of the change of an object, based on an image obtained by photographing the object. SOLUTION: As for each of a plurality of comparison images obtained by photographing an object at a plurality of time different from a reference time, when a reference image is acquired by photographing an object; a binarization arithmetic operation for assigning the first pixel value to each pixel of a first region changing between the reference image and a comparison image, and for assigning the second pixel value to each pixel of a second region, having no change is performed so that a plurality of binary images can be obtained; the pixel values of the mutually corresponding pixels of the plurality of binary images are added so that an added value can be obtained; and the existence/nonexistence of the change of the object is decided, based on the added image.
