description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of suppressing heat energy loss and raising productivity in superplastic molding. SOLUTION: As soon as molding is completed, immediately an upper die 62 is raised according to the arrow (4) in Figure (b), an arm component 33 is advanced into a molding die 60 according to the arrow (5), and a blank material 71 is dropped to a lower die 64, while a molded product 72 sticks to the upper die 62. Then, coolant gas is diffused on a lower surface of the molded product 72 through a blow off nozzle 34. The molded product 72 shrinks due to forced cooling, is separated from the upper die 62 and is placed on a molded product loading portion 35 of the arm component 33. Therefore, cycle time can be shortened and also, the next blow molding can be started before the dies get cold. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
