Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch pipe having an improved safety and soundness while suppressing the entry of high temperature fluid into the branch pipe, and preventing high cycle heat fatigue due to a change of a temperature stratified interface, and also to provide a high temperature fluid supply method. SOLUTION: A second cellular swirl formation preventing part 33 is formed of a disc which has a plurality of opening holes 33a. A flow from the opening portions 33a into the lower part of a straight pipe 2 forms a flow field different from a first cellular swirl without forming a flow field which induces a second cellular swirl, resulting in no induction of the second cellular swirl.
