AIR CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize assembling of an evaporator 1 to a case 6 without using a packing. SOLUTION: This air-conditioner is provided with a case 6 forming an air passage; the evaporator 1 stored inside the case 6 and cooling air; first damper parts D1 to nip the evaporator 1 in the longitudinal direction orthogonal to the air flowing direction of the evaporator 1; second damper parts D2 to nip the evaporator 1 in the thickness direction in the air flowing direction of the evaporator 1; and third damper parts D3 to nip the evaporator 1 in the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction and thickness direction of the evaporator 1. By storing the evaporator 1 inside the case 6, the first to third damper parts D1-D3 are elastically deformed, and due to elastic restoring force by the elastic deformation, the evaporator 1 is positioned and supported inside the case 6. Thus, since the first to third damper parts D1-D3 with elastic structures are used instead of a conventional packing, assembling of the evaporator 1 to the case 6 can be stabilized without using a packing.
