IMAGING DEVICE, DRIVING METHOD OF IMAGING DEVICE, IMAGING ELEMENT CHIP, AND LOGIC CHIP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device which is easy to manufacture for simplifying the manufacturing stages, and has stable optical characteristics, a driving method of the imaging device, an imaging element chip, and a logic chip. SOLUTION: The imaging device receives an incident light from an object in an imaging region and generates signal charges, and has a logic chip 20 having an imaging sensor chip 10 having a sensor portion 51 formed in the imaging region S and a connection terminal portion 14 outputting analog signal charges output from the sensor portion 51, and an analog/digital conversion portion 61 which is connected to the connection terminal portion 14, input the signal charges from the imaging sensor chip 10, and converts the signal charges from an analog signal into a digital signal.
