Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio-controlled timepiece having excellent receiver sensitivity by performing temperature compensation of a tuning frequency of a receiving circuit. SOLUTION: A temperature measuring circuit for measuring a temperature near the electric wave receiving circuit is provided, and temperature compensation of the receiving circuit is performed on the basis of its measured temperature data. More concretely, tuning is made optimal by providing a tuning circuit by the use of a parallel capacitor array, and changing a tuning capacitor value on the basis of the measured temperature data. Moreover, it does not matter if a temperature compensation circuit of a crystal oscillation circuit is provided together, and the temperature measuring circuit in the temperature compensation circuit is also used as a temperature measuring circuit for tuning the receiving circuit.
