Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll machining method and a device thereof for improving shape accuracy of a scroll and improving the surface roughness of a lap-to-lap groove bottom face, an end plate face and a lap fore end face. SOLUTION: The scroll lap machining method using the scroll machining device comprises measuring a relative position displacement between a workpiece 1 fixed to a rotary table 5 and an end mill tool 2 and the vibration amount of the end mill tool 2 on the device, inputting the measurement data to a NC control device, and correcting track data for the end mill tool 2. A bottom face machining end mill tool 2B is inclined at an angle θ to a tool feeding direction in such a range that the tool has no contact with a lap side face and the shape error of the lap-to-lap groove bottom face is a surface roughness or smaller of a machined surface, when cutting the lap-to-lap groove bottom face of the scroll component, the lap peripheral end plate face and the lap fore end face.
