AUTOMATIC INSERTION ELECTRONIC ENDOSCOPE APPARATUS AND CONTROL PROGRAM FOR AUTOMATIC INSERTION ELECTRONIC ENDOSCOPE APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic insertion electronic endoscope apparatus and the like capable of displaying and notifying the occurrence of a trouble in a drive apparatus when the trouble occurs. SOLUTION: The automatic insertion electronic endoscope apparatus includes: a driving system including motors 31 and 43 for automatically inserting an insertion tube 21 of an endoscope and a motor control part 3; a first controller 1 for controlling the driving system; an imaging part 6 including an imaging device placed at a distal end 23 of the insertion tube 21; a second controller 2 which is communicably connected to the first controller 1 and converting a signal from the imaging part 6 into a video signal for display; and a monitor 7 connected to the second controller 2. The first controller 1 performs control so that the driving system stops when a trouble occurs in it and transmits a notification signal showing the occurrence of the trouble to the second controller 2, whereas the second controller 2 causes the monitor 7 to display a notification showing that the trouble has occurred when it receives the notification signal.
