PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable communication terminal capable of reporting it to a communicating party that the portable communication terminal is being used under inappropriate conditions even. The momentum of practicing self-control in using the portable phone 1 under the inappropriate conditions such as in a train or while driving a car is raised by mutual understanding of the transmission side and the reception side.
