Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a steel beam-concrete floor slab joining structure for introducing prestress effectively and integrating a steel beam and a concrete floor slab easily while preventing the occurrence of adverse effect such as restraint by a dowel and the occurrence of a cavity which is a factor for reducing strength around the dowel and to provide a form to be buried and used in this method. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method, the form to be buried is provided with a surrounding and wrapping body opening its upper and lower parts and a lid part capable of descending along an inner face of the surrounding and wrapping body by its self-weight and is constituted by installing the surrounding and wrapping body on a surface of steel beam in a clearance between concrete boards provided on the steel beam to surround the dowel before placing concrete in the clearance therebetween, filling the inside of each surrounding and wrapping body with a hardening retarding cement compound through an upper part opening to cover the whole dowel, putting the lid part on an upper face, then placing concrete into the clearance, and introducing prestress before the filled cement compound is hardened to join the steel beam with the concrete boards.
