Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reciprocating pump excellent in maintenance performance by facilitating seal replacement work. SOLUTION: An adapter 10 to which an oil seal 8 is installed is mounted in a crankcase 2. Since the adapter 10 has an engaging means 10b to draw the adapter out of the crankcase 2, the engaging means 10b can be engaged with, for example, a projection 16a of a tool 16 for drawing the adapter out of the crankcase 2, the adapter 10 can be drawn out of the crankcase 2 by the engagement so that the oil seal 8 is easily taken out. The time required for the replacement of the oil seal 8 can be shortened, and the maintenance performance of the reciprocating pump 1 is improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
