SIMULATION ANALYSIS METHOD AND METHOD OF DESIGNING MOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation analysis method capable of improving the accuracy of simulation analysis. SOLUTION: The simulation analysis method performs simulation analysis of a process of producing a product from a workpiece 30 by press forming. The simulation analysis method comprises creating a mold model based on the data in designing of the product; modeling a workpiece to create a workpiece model 30; subjecting the press forming of the workpiece model using a mold model to simulation analysis; subjecting the spring back of the press forming to simulation analysis; modeling a measurement tool for measuring the product to create a measurement tool model 40; and subjecting the deformation by the deadweight of the workpiece model 30 in the state of restraining the workpiece model 30 by the measurement tool model 40 to the simulation analysis.
