PRESS FITTING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press fitting device capable of press-fitting a plurality of divided winding portions into a frame so that their height of their end surfaces may be aligned. SOLUTION: The press fitting device 1 press-fits a plurality of circularly arranged coil-like divided winging portions 11 into a circular winding frame 12. The press fitting device 1 is provided with a frame setting portion 32 for allowing the winding frame 12 to be placed; a work setting portion 31 to be placed in a state where the plurality of divided winding portions 11 are circularly arranged so that the divided winding portions 11 can be positioned on the winding frame 12; a pressing substrate 52 having a pressing reference surface 523A opposing the plurality of divided winding portions 11; a force applying portion 40 provided on the work setting portion 31 and applying force to the plurality of divided winding portions toward the pressing reference surface 523A of the pressing substrate 52; a pressing driving portion 53 for moving the pressing substrate 52 toward the winding frame 12 to press-fit the plurality of divided winding portions 11 on the pressing reference surface 523A into the winding frame 12; and a work lifting up/down mechanism 22 for lifting up/down the work setting portion 31.
