At the stage where the skeleton construction is performed up to the height so that the principal part 10a of the lowermost aerial structure can be fixed to a first construction level H1, the principal parts 10a are collectively fixed to the skeleton of the building block by elevating the principal part 10a of the lowermost aerial structure to the first construction level. At the stage where the skeleton construction is performed up to the height so that the principal part 20a of the next higher order aerial structure can be fixed to a second construction level H2, the principal parts 20a, 30a are collectively fixed to the skeleton of the building block by elevating the principal part 20a of the next higher order aerial structure to the second construction level H2.
