description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance concentration efficiency by efficiently and uniformly heating a liquid in a short time in a liquid concentration system. SOLUTION: The liquid concentration system 1 is constituted so as to concentrate a raw material liquid by heating the raw material liquid under a reduced pressure to evaporate a volatile component from the liquid surface of the raw material liquid. For this, the system 1 has a liquid concentrator 10 for concentrating the raw material liquid, the vacuum pump 100 communicating with the liquid concentrator and a hot water circulating device 94 becoming a heating source for heating the raw material liquid by the liquid concentrator. The volatile component evaporated in the liquid concentrator is guided to the outside of the liquid concentrator by a vapor line 82 while the concentrate concentrated in the liquid concentrator without being evaporated is guided to the outside of the liquid concentrator by a concentrate line 81. A concentration line adjusting valve interposes on the concentrate line and a heating means is attached to the concentration line. The heating means and the concentration line adjusting valve are controlled by a control part 200. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
