WORKING SYSTEM OF SHEET METAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working system of a sheet metal capable of securing the safety of an operator. SOLUTION: The system includes: a plurality of CCD cameras (6A-6D) for photographing zones (A-D) around a plurality of sheet metal working machines; a machine operation information detecting means (3B') for detecting the machine operation information of each of the sheet metal working machines; an operator position detecting means (3C')for detecting the position, speed, and moving direction of the operator (T) by electric signals (S1) transmitted from the CCD cameras (6A-6D); a data table provided with a data that correlates the operator information including the position, speed, and moving direction of the operator (T), the machine operation information, and machine control signals having a command content to each of the sheet metal working machines; and a dangerous state predicting means (3D') for predicting the dangerous state by detecting the data table. The operation of the sheet metal working machine is controlled corresponding to degrees (α, β, γ) detected by the dangerous state predicting means (3D'). COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
