Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrophilizing modification technique where the surface of a fluorine base synthetic resin used for seal materials, doctor blades, rotary rollers, adhesion preventive rollers, sheets or the like is made easy to be fitted and wetted with printing ink, coating materials, liquid crystal solutions, reagents, food materials or the like using a plasma base ion implantation-film deposition process. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a fluorine base synthetic resin article obtained, using a plasma base ion implantation-film deposition process, by generating plasma comprising oxygen and silicon of at least one or more atoms in a vacuum, and applying negative high energy high frequency pulse voltage, so as to form a gradient structure by oxygen-silicon ion implantation and a polar group reactant after defluoridation.
