description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed polyolefin based resin laminated sheet which is high in closed cell properties, excellent in extrusion molding properties, rich in rigidity, dimensional stability, and recycling properties without spoiling lightweight properties and heat resistance, and good in secondary processing properties. SOLUTION: The foamed resin laminated sheet comprises three layers A-C. The layer (A) is a non-foamed layer containing a polypropylene based resin as a main component. The layer (B) is a composite material layer containing 3-60 wt.% of a filler and 97-40 wt.% of a polyolefin based resin. The layer (C) is a foamed resin layer with an open cell percentage of 15% or below which is made of a polypropylene based resin composition. In the layer (C), a component (a) is an ethylene homopolymer or an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer and incorporated in an amount of 0.01-5.0 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the total amount of the components b and c, the component (b) contains a propylene content of 0-50 wt.% and an α-olefin content of 50-100 wt.% and is incorporated in an amount of 5-30 wt.% of the total amount of the components (b) and (c), and the component (c) is a propylene based homopolymer and incorporated in an amount of 95-70 wt.% of the total amount of the components b and c.
