Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery having a large battery capacity with excellent quick charge performance and reliability. SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte battery is provided with a flat shaped electrode group 1 including a positive pole 2, a negative pole 3, and a separator 4 disposed between the positive pole 2 and the negative pole 3, and with nonaqueous electrolyte. With the sum of thickness of the separator in a thickness of the battery as 1, the thickness of the battery is not less than 2.5 and not greater than 6, and the thickness per one layer of the separator is not less than 10 μm and not grater than 30 μm.
