METHOD FOR SIMULTANEOUSLY MOLDING PLURALITY OF CONCRETE BLOCKS AND RUBBER CORE MOLD USED IN THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simultaneously molding a plurality of concrete blocks which can mold a plurality of the concrete blocks having through holes at the same time and improve production efficiency. SOLUTION: In the method for molding a plurality of the concrete blocks 10 having the through holes, partition plates 52 having through holes 58 are set in an inner space surrounded with an outer mold frame 44 to divide the space into a plurality of molding spaces 54. With the use of a rubber core mold 18 having a rubber expansion tube 20 which is expanded/contracted radially by the introduction/discharge of a pressure fluid into/from the inside, while the rubber expansion tube 20 is expanded to be stuck on the inner surfaces of insertion holes 58 of the partition plates 52 by expanding the tube with the rubber core mold 18 passed through the insertion holes 58, concrete is poured and solidified. After that, the rubber expansion tube 20 is contracted to be extracted from a plurality of the molded concrete blocks 10 and the partition plates 52. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
