PORTABLE TERMINAL AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically notify a family of a passage log of a user such as a child, different from a schedule when the passage log is detected. SOLUTION: This portable terminal is provided with: a non-contact card control part 11 which obtains passage information of a certain point; a passage log recording part 12 which obtains the passage information of the certain point from the non-contact card control part 11 to record the passage log information; notification means 19, 20, 21 for notifying passage monitoring information by radio; a passage pattern registration part 15 which registers a passage pattern and a passage monitoring part 18 which monitors passage of the certain point, wherein the passage pattern registration part 15 registers a value obtained by adding a specified delay allowance time to an average value of passage time of the same passage pattern in a fixed period as passage point monitoring time and the passage monitoring part 18 compares the passage log information recorded at present with the passage pattern when the passage point monitoring time comes and performs alarm notification by the notification means 19, 20, 21 when there is no passage log.
