SOLUTION: The risk management evaluation system 1 is provided with a setting means 2 for setting a constitutor on the side of an accessing terminal 20 as an evaluator, a display means 3 for displaying an evaluation sheet on the evaluator's terminal 20 and a collection means 4 for receiving an evaluation result input from the evaluator's terminal 20 to the evaluation sheet and relating the received evaluation result with the evaluator and storing the received evaluation result into a database 6, wherein the display means 3 recognizes a constitutor having evaluation processing order lower than that of the evaluator as a lower constitutor by referring to an evaluation processing order table 7a, extracts an evaluation result collected from the lower constitutor from the database 6 and adds the evaluation result of the lower constitutor to the evaluation sheet displayed on the evaluator's terminal 20.
