METHOD FOR PRODUCING MOLDED ARTICLE CONTAINING MEDICINAL COMPONENT, MEDICINAL COMPONENT-CONTAINING MOLDED ARTICLE, MOLDED ARTICLE, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THERMOPLASTIC RESIN AND THE THERMOPLASTIC RESIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize waste woody materials, etc., as raw materials, since conventionally known agrochemical-impregnated spikes are formed only by a synthetic resin and an agrochemical, and not formed by using the woody materials disposed as the waste materials. SOLUTION: This method for producing a molded article containing a medicinal component is characterized by immersing an injection-molded article of a blended resin obtained by blending crushed and pulverized plant pieces and/or pulverized cellulose fibers contained in the plant pieces with a resin having thermoplastic properties, in a medicinal liquid having medicinal components such as a herbicidal component, insecticidal component or the like while maintaining the dried state of directly after the molding, for penetrating the medicinal components into the molded article. Also, the method of the production produces the molded article molded with the blended resin of a pulverized plant pieces and/or a cellulose component made as a lower molecular weight material with the thermoplastic resin, and penetrated with the medicinal component such as the herbicidal component or insecticidal component.
