The detection sensor is operated when the ultrasonic wave emitted from the sub relay station or the other detection sensor is received, transmits measurement data to the sub relay station by radio at a prescribed time interval, continuously performs measurement and transmission when it is displaced due to the actual occurrence of the landslide, and emits the ultrasonic wave to the other detection sensor when it receives the ultrasonic wave from the other sensor. The sub relay station receives and transmits the measurement data from/to each detection sensor, the relay station transmits the data to the base station, and the base station records and analyzes the data.
