In such an air spoiler 20, a distance L2 along the length direction of the antenna element between the screw holes 37a, 37b of the elastic substrate 33 is set longer than a distance L1 along the length direction of the antenna element between the screw holes 29a, 29b of the air spoiler 20. When the elastic substrate 33 is fixed on an inner surface of a lower plate 25 of the air spoiler 20, the elastic substrate is bent toward an upper plate 23 of the air spoiler 20 by elastic buckling, and pressed onto the inner surface.
