The knob cap includes a folded part inside at part of its end; the turning knob includes an arm provided with a groove inserted with the folded part at its outer circumference and a notch fitted with the folded part at the other side face; and the arm includes a first slope part titled in a direction of insertion of the knob cap over a direction from the groove toward the notch, a second slope tilted outwardly, and a notch at an approximately central portion.
