description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the angle of a control panel by simple operation. SOLUTION: By pressing a release lever 44 by a user, the release lever 44 and a slider 42 are moved and the turning preventing state of a base part 30 by lock pins 46a and 46b is canceled (to be in a turning allowable state), and the turning allowable state is maintained. By relatively turning the base part and a turning part, the lock pins 46a and 46b get in a free state from the turning allowable state interlocked with the turning. By turning them further, the state is restored to the turning preventing state. When adjusting the angle of the operation panel 120, the state is automatically restored to the turning preventing state by only performing action to push the release lever 44 and action to adjust the angle of the operation panel by the user. Therefore, the user need not adjust the angle of the operation panel while maintaining the turning allowable state by his (her) own operation as in the conventional manner.
