Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-conditioning composition which shows superior stability while being stored, and gives sufficient corrosion resistance and sufficient coating weight to a chemical conversion coating film to be formed by phosphate conversion treatment, particularly shows excellent corrosion resistance when applied to a contact part of dissimilar metals generated by various metallic materials subjected to simultaneous chemical conversion treatment or a material to be hardly chemical-conversion-treated such as a high-tensile-strength steel sheet. SOLUTION: The surface conditioning composition includes particles of zinc phosphate and has a pH of 3 to 12. The particles of zinc phosphate have D50of 3 μm or smaller.
