Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform uniform management by relating failure information on hardware to be sent to a support system when a failure occurs to log information on software. SOLUTION: When a hardware failure occurs to a client system 2, an identification ID as a management number is automatically assigned to hardware failure information automatically sent. Meanwhile, in response to an automatic report from the client system 2, a failure countermeasure technician on site picks log information on the software and performs processing so as to upload it to a support system 1. In so doing, an upload code becomes an ID of the log information on the software and the ID of the log information is related to the ID of the hardware failure information. Thus, the hardware failure information and the log information on the software are mutually strung and registered to a database 21, and afterwards, can be uniformly managed as common failure countermeasure necessary information.
