Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress permanent deformation of a door due to thermal strain by reinforcing a door narrow width part and suppressing thermal expansion speed of portions in one end side in the door width direction and one end side in the door height direction of a door inner panel positioned in the door narrow width part. SOLUTION: In this vehicle door structure, the thickness of an inner rear panel 24 of the door inner panel 16 is formed thicker than that of an inner center panel 22. Thus, even when the whole door 12 is subject to a high-temperature environment, the door narrow width part 42 easily deformed by thermal expansion can be reinforced, and the thermal expansion speed of portions in the vehicle longitudinal direction rear side and vehicle vertical direction lower side of the inner rear panel 24 positioned in the door narrow width part 42 can be also suppressed. In addition, since the portions in the vehicle longitudinal direction rear side and vehicle vertical direction lower side of the inner rear panel 24 positioned in the door narrow part 42 are set thicker than a door outer panel 18, inner temperature rise and thermal expansion speed in the portions are slower than those in the door outer panel 18. Therefore, thermal expansion of the door outer panel 18 in the door narrow width part 42 can be constrained and suppressed by the inner rear panel 24. As a result, permanent deformation of the door outer panel 18 in the door narrow width part 42 due to thermal strain can be suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
