SOLUTION: A structure 2 where lower permanent magnet board 11 and an upper permanent magnet board 14 having belt-like magnetic patterns in the form of parallel stripes and the vibrating diaphragm 13 having a meandering coil pattern 13b are laminated is supported covered with an upper frame 3 and a lower frame 4 from upper and lower directions. Projecting pieces 13c formed at the vibrating diaphragm 13, projecting from the end of the vibrating diaphragm 13 and having terminating electrodes of the coil patter 13b are inserted to the notch parts 5b of a terminal board 5 installed on the outer wall surface of the upper frame 3 to be connected with the terminal board 5.
