PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive media loading member with high safety. SOLUTION: The recording media compiling device comprises: a media loading member (123) having a media loading face (126) on which recording media (S) discharged from a recording media discharge port (P1) are loaded and rotatably supported around a rotation center (128); a loading member-rotating member separably contacting the media loading member (123) and rotating the media loading member (123); and a rotating member control means to control the loading member rotating member so that the height of the top face of the media on the media loading member (123) with respect to the recording media discharge port (P1) becomes a predetermined particular height with response to the loaded volume of the media loaded on the media loading face (126).
