SOLUTION: A pinion shaft 1 is inserted into the axial regular position of a cylindrical portion 9, and a bolt 6 inserted through a bolt insertion hole 15 of a first tub 13 is screwed into a screw hole 16 of a second tub 14 in a state of displacing a third portion 23 of the erroneous assembling preventing tool 17 to a prevention cancelling position. By the screwing of the bolt 6, a second portion 22 of the erroneous assembling preventing tool 17 is pushed out of the screw hole 16.
